Ms. Moore was so helpful in matching us up with what was the perfect accommodation, only 100 footsteps from piazza signoria, the uffizi and the statue of david!!! It was spacious, immaculate, had all the amenities including wifi...no air conditioning but was not necessary in this palazzo with enormous windows in both the big salon and bedroom...the landlord was wonderful and even offered to carry our bags as there is one long flight of stairs with no elevator...his assistant, janis, was so helpful in giving us tips on where to shop, eat, reservations at the accademia and uffizi and got us half price discounts on custom made leather and gold!
With the low dollar this was a bargain compared to other options and the landlord even had a bottle of cold water and a bottle of wine waiting for us! We want to go back with a group and rent his other 6 apts located in the same palazzo!

We return year after year. The apartment is welcoming with superb views overlooking the beautiful buildings and monuments of Florence. An excellent living space as a basis to experience life in Florence as the locals do!

The Clarice apartment in Florence is an excellent value for the money. It is ideally located in the historical centre near the Ponte Vecchio, close to all of the sites and many good restaurants offering local cuisine and wines. My wife and I were travelling with another couple and, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment provided plenty of space and privacy. There is no terrace or view, but the exquisite original frescoes in the living room made up for it. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and would stay here again.

Thanks to Carolyn for finding such a nice apartment in central Rome within easy reach of the Vatican and St. Peter's. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Especially, there is a small cute balcony overlooking the neighborhood where you can enjoy the morning coffee in the atmosphere of Roman Holidays.
