The Sunset apartment can sleep up to 4 guests. It sits on the ground floor of a residential building, 300 metres away from the "La Praia" beach. The commercial centre of Praiano is 10 minutes away on foot and the nearest restaurant is just 20 metres from the house.
The apartment consists of a living / dining room with kitchen facilities, two bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and a large terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
The SITA bus stop is only 50 meters from the property, where you can get the buses to reach the various seaside villages of the Amalfi Coast. From the beach, you can take a boat to the beautiful small islands and beaches along the coast.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
Clients are kindly requested to check-in between 15:00 and 18:00, unless otherwise advised, and to check-out by 10 a.m. the day of departure.

In case of cancellation, if we are able to re-book the apartment for the period of your booking, we may offer you a credit of the total or partial booking cost for future bookings of the same apartment.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit 15% is required by credit card. Twenty-five percent of the outstanding balance will be charged to your credit card 24 to 48 hours after your booking is confirmed. The remaining 75 percent will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to your arrival.
The owner may request a refundable security deposit of up to €100 to cover any breakage or damage to the apartment or the furniture and equipment contained therein, or damage to the building caused during the rental period.
Additional costs incurred (e.g. extra cleaning) are payable directly to the accommodation provider.
