The property, situated amidst the Chianti hills, is completely fenced and offers total privacy. Access via a dirt road (in very good conditions).

Ground floor, access through an equipped pergola: kitchen (oven, barbecue piano, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher) with dining area and access onto the private courtyard (80m2), small WC (max high 1,7m), living-room with double sofa-bed, SAT-TV, fireplace and access onto the courtyard and the garden, bathroom with shower (washing machine).

First floor: bathroom with shower (double washbasin and small window) one twin bedded room, one double bedroom with access onto a covered loggia.

RATES

From €1090 per week in low tourist season to €1450 per week in peak tourist season.

In the period 26 June - 28 August we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period stays of 3 or more nights or 7 or more nights may also be booked, with the arrival on a day other than Saturday. The cost is calculated as follows: "3 nights price" + any "extra nights", or "weekly price" + any "extra nights".

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT

Check-in time is between 5 pm and 8 pm. Check-out time is prior to 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

The following penalty fees apply to total or partial booking cancellations:

A reduced cancellation fee may be applicable if we are able to rent the cancelled property to another party for the same period.

PAYMENT POLICY

At the time of booking, a minimum deposit of 35% is required. The balance is payable 60 days prior to the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full booking amount is payable up front. For credit card payments, a 4% transaction fee is applicable. There is no fee applicable to payments made by bank wire/transfers.

A security deposit of €300 (amount may vary depending on the length of stay) is required to cover any eventual breakage or damage to the property or the furniture and equipment contained therein, or damage to the building caused by the client during the rental period. The security deposit is to be provided to the accommodation provider upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if no damage has occurred.

Additional costs incurred (telephone, extra cleaning) are payable directly to the accommodation provider.
